Repair of Amar Colony road demanded

JAMMU, June 5: The welfare committee of Amar Colony (Bantalab) has expressed great concern over deteriorated condition of link road of their area.
The president of the committee, Babu Ram Bhagat alleged that metalling the area since been done by PWD(R&B) Jammu, but the black topping is still unexpected despite repeated requests made to PWD authorities whose reply is that even bills of drains construction and metalling of that area of the contractors are yet to be cleared.
The president has again requested the Chief Engineer PWD (R&B) Jammu and Executive Engineer concern to take immediate steps before monsoon.
The metalling  of the road is required to  done is from Government H S Bantalab via R P High School to Amar Colony and from Radha Swami Satsang Ghar down to Amar Colony and by-lanes of the colony.
