JAMMU, Sept 21: Government today ordered repatriation of a Geologist from Ladakh to J&K and consequent deputation of another Geologist to Union Territory of Ladakh.
According to an order in this regard, Dr Romesh Kumar Kaith, Incharge Geologist (Engg), presently on deputation in the Geological Division, JKPDC Kargil, UT of Ladakh, has been repatriated to the Union Territory of J&K. He shall report to the PDD for further posting after proper relieving by the competent authority in the Union Territory of Ladakh.
Consequent upon this, B K Khajuria, Incharge Geologist, JKPDC, has been deputed to the UT of Ladakh for a period of two years or till he is recalled. He shall be deemed to have been relieved from his present place of posting with immediate effect and shall report in the General Administration Department, UT of Ladakh for further posting.
