Sir,
Refer to Col. ‘Ex-MLA’s report card dated 23.02.2019
It is quite good practice of the exteemed paper that the people knows the performance of their representative to whom they elect for their welfare but after reading the report card it has come to know that the reporter has attended only few persons i.e. 02 of Tanda, 02 of Garkhal, 02 of Akhnoor and one each of Gura-Jagir and Dhok-Jagir i.e. two block only on his own choice or as per the desire of the Ex-MLA. As the constituency has its few block from which two block i.e. Bhalwal-Brahmana and most backward block Chowki-Choura has been ignored or unattended and report card has published in the paper for the popular reading.
Hence there is urgent need to attend the above ignored blocks by the reporter (without attending the selected people) by approaching the far-flung Panchayats of the above ignored block and then publish the report-card of the Akhnoor constituency.
Otherwise above published report card should be treated as report card of ‘Half-Constituency.’
