JAMMU, June 23: The protest of Jammu based reserved category employees’ entered 23rd consecutive day today, at Ambedkar Chowk, Jammu, under the banner of All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Association, Kashmir.
The protesting employees raised their voice for the early redressal of their grievances amidst hot humid climate. They urged the Lieutenant Governor led J&K Administration to consider their genuine demands for transfer to Jammu by framing a comprehensive time-bound transfer policy. They also demanded to utilize their services in Jammu province/respective home districts till suitable transfer policy is framed by the Government.
While addressing the protesting employees and to support their cause, various members of the Association raised slogans and delivered impressive speeches. Those who spoke on the protesting venue include Kuldeep Kumar, Mohan Lal, Yash Pal, Shashi Gautam, Anjana Bala, Neetu Aryan and Anil Radhey.
At last, to boost the morale of the employee, Ramesh Chand and Vipan Kumar, the prominent members of the coordination committee concluded the speech.
