SRINAGAR, Feb 26: A residential house of Ghulam Nabi Bhat son of Abdul Kabir Bhat of Urdu Bazar Fateh Kadal was partially damaged when fire broke out in it on Monday.
A police spokesman said the case of the fire is believed to be due to electric short circuit.
