JAMMU, Aug 24: The residents living in Sector 1 of Pamposh Colony Janipur and some adjoining areas are facing water scarcity.
Despite approaching the concerned officials, the issue of water scarcity has not been resolved till date, the residents said, adding that they have to pay hefty amount to the tankers for getting the water.
“We pay water bills regularly and despite that we are not getting drinking water”, the residents stated.
The residents have appealed to the concerned authorities to redress the issue at the earliest so that they have some sigh of relief.
We will stop paying the bills if our water scarcity issue is not resolved, the residents warned.
