SAMBA, July 7: The irate residents of village Gurha Jatta in Ghagwal held protest against Power Development Department (PDD).
Large number of people residing in the village Gurha Jatta area assembled at main chowk Ghagwal and held protest as PDD failed to repair the damaged transformer.
After getting information, PDD officials and police rushed to the spot and assured the protesting people that the power will be resumed in the shortest possible time.
On the assurance, the protestors dispersed.
