SRINAGAR, Aug 19: Hundreds of residents of village Chirat in Aglar protested against the Government for failing to provide them basic facilities like water, roads and electricity.
The protesters poured on the Aglar-Wachi road and blocked it for more than four hours.
The agitating people said lack of electricity, water supply and bad roads have made their life miserable, but shamelessly the administration was least concerned about it.
They rued that from last more then one-and-half-year they have been complaining about it to the Government, but they had not taken any action regarding it.
