JAMMU, Sept 30: To press its demand regarding restoration of RBA status to the migrants belonging to rural backward areas of valley a meeting was convened under the banner of Help Line Humanity at Muthi today.
As per the release the meeting decided that the displaced Pandits will launch a protracted struggle for the restoration of RBA status to migrants belonging to RBA areas which was snatched under a conspiracy by NC -Congress Government to deprive the hapless community of this benefit.
The meeting said this injustice and discriminatory treatment to the hapless and uprooted community will not be tolerated any more.
People form different districts of Valley attended the meeting,. They included M K Bhat, Om Ji, D N Bhat, Roshan Lal Dhar, Vijay Kumar, Sunil Kumar Pandita, Billu Ji Rishi, Durga Nath Bhat, Vimal Hangloo, Rakesh Hangloo and Ritesh Koul.
The meeting was informed that the Help Line Humanity is fighting for this cause for last five years.
