JAMMU, Apr 8: Shiv Sena UBT J&K unit has said that the start of Panchhi Heli Service from Jammu Airport to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan from first Holy Chaitra Navratri on April 9 is a good development.
In a press conference here today J&K Shiv Sena chief, Manish Sahni demanded registration facility for Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra at Jammu Railway Station and restoration of the traditional route of the Yatra.
He said that the Shrine Board is providing every possible facility to the devotees and mentioned skywalk and health ATM for the health check-up of the devotees in this regard.
Sahni said that Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and J&K Tourism Department should take some concrete steps to promote and restore the traditional route of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage.
Shiv Sena Women Wing president, Meenakshi Chhibber; general secretary, Vikas Bakshi; Kamghar Wing president, Raj Singh and secretary, Rakesh Handa were also present on the occasion.
