Sir,
It has been observed that the public at large is crying day in and day out for redressal of their grievances. Unfortunately there is no one from the Government side to respond. The situation has come to such a grave pass that a common man fails to locate the Government machinery which is nowhere seen on ground for rapid action.
The strength of the Government employees is roughly more than 4.50 lacs, who draw their salary which is more than half of the State budget. It is again very unfortunate that the Government at the top level is least bothered about the activities of its employees, who in real term are the tools for the Government machinery to run smoothly. But alas, where is that Goverment?
The babus, the inspectors, the safaiwalas and policemen etc are existing on pay rolls only, their legitimate duty remains unattended, as a result thereof the public is suffering badly. The Government at the top level is as such requested to awake from the deep slumber and shake its head to look into the matters of public importance and get them done through existing huge staff after inculcating work culture in them.
