KISHTWAR, June 29: A meeting of Chinar Power Projects Workers Union was held today under the chairmanship of Joginder Bhandari.
The participants demanded early resumption of work on the Rattle HE Project Drabshalla so that the unemployed skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled youths of district Kishtwar could be absorbed in the project.
Bhandari has urged upon the management of M/s GVK Power development to re-engage 493 workers, in the said project as they had already served in the project for more than eight months.
Bhandari hoped that the new collation Government will solve the genuine demands of the unemployed youths of district Kishtwar.
Those who attended the meeting included Mohd Amin Khatri , Bashir Khan , Tariq Patri , Anil Sharma etc.
