JAMMU, Mar 9: A deputation of All J&K ReT Teacher’s Forum led by State president Vinod Sharma today called on Education Minister, Naeem Akhtar and MoS Education Priya Sethi at Civil Sectt. Jammu in two separate meetings.
While interacting with Education Minister, Vinod Sharma put forth the various burning issues of ReT teachers which include release of 4 to 10 months salary of regularized ReT Teachers under SSA, who are facing a lot of problems due to non release of their several months salary.
He also demanded the regularization of KGBV teachers and release of their pending salary.
Naeem Akhter after giving a patient hearing to the deputation assured to look into their issues of SSA salary so that the grants may be released at the earliest.
MoS Education Priya Sethi also assured the deputation to redress their issue by taking up the matter with concerned authority at the earliest.
Others who were in the deputation included :- Rajesh Singh Jamwal, Sukhdev Singh, Lekh Raj Parihar, Parmod Sharma, Amanat Khan, Mohan Lal and Krishan Chand.
