UDHAMPUR, Dec 1: ReT Forum has appealed Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand, to issue formal orders of 4000 regularised EV teachers of Jammu province at the earliest.
In its monthly meeting held here today, the Forum members also appealed the Government to consider their genuine demands like inclusion of 5 years of ReT period for seniority benefits, transfer policy and SRO 43.
They also appealed Chief Education Officer, Udhampur, to release the Mid-day meal grants, maintaining that the teachers have not received the same since March 2013 and consequently facing a lot of problems to run the Mid-day meal scheme smoothly.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of State president, Vinod Sharma and District president, Lekh Raj Parihar and attended by both district and zonal body members.
