JAMMU, June 16: A retired army personnel has been arrested with illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Sidhra police post conducted raid in a shop at Chargal area and seized 86 pouches of illicit liquor from a shop belonging to Bihari Lal, who is a retied army person
The shop owner has been arrested and a case under relevant Sections has been registered at Nagrota police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge police post Sidhra SI Noor Mohammad made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Amit Sharma and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
