JAMMU, Mar 3: A warm send off was accorded to Dwarka Nath Gupta, Head Draftsman, Rural Engineering Wing, Udhampur on February 28, 2014 on his superannuation.
A function was organized to bid farewell to Dwarka Nath which was presided over by Executive Engineer REW, B A Sheikh, who along with subordinate staff wished the retiree a happy and healthy post retirement life.
