JAMMU, July 30: Kashmir Teachers Forum under the patronage of Ganesh Khajuria, general secretary, organised a function to bid farewell to B Braham Dutt, an employee of Directorate of School Education, who is attaining superannuation on July 31, 2017. Director Education S Ravinder Singh was the chief guest, who lauded the services of retiring employee and wished him a happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
JKTF general secretary Ganesh Khajuria and women wing general secretary of Forum Kamini Thapa as also Soorat Singh Toofani also spoke on the occasion. Others who also addressed were Gopal Singh, Rajinder Gupta, Yog Raj Slathia, Mohd Iqbal, Darshan Sharma, Charan Dass, Roop Lal, Susheel Sharma, Subash Sharma, Surinder Sharma, Vinod Sharma etc.
Manwhile teaching fraternity of Education Zone Ramban today accorded a warm send off to Zubeda Begum, who retired as the Zonal Education Officer Ramban.
CMO, Dr Saif-u-din, DyCEO Bal Ji Thaploo, AD Planning Education, Ganesh Kumar, DEPO, Parshotam Singh Raju, retired lecturer Khursheed Khan, Principals and Headmasters of various Government and private institutions and other senior officers of the Education Department attended the farewell.
Zubeda Begum served the education department for more than 39 years after joining as Teacher in 1978.
A colourful cultural programme was also orgnised on the occasion.
Nayeem Rather, Bilal Sohil, Tirath Singh and many others extended their good to the officer for her post retirement life.
