Retirees accorded warm send off

JAMMU, July 30: Naib Tehsildar Deot Romal Singh was given a farewell on his retirement, at Tehsil Headquarters Majalata today.
Presiding over the function, Tehsildar Majalta Saqib Saleem said that Romal Singh has always performed revenue related works with quick pace. Apart from this, many other speakers highlighted his services. The ceremony was conducted by Naib Tehsildar Majalata Karnail Singh. Many officials and employees of the revenue department were present on this occasion.
Drugs & Food Control Organization today accorded a warm farewell to Sunil Gupta, Head Assistant, on attaining the age of superannuation. Sunil Gupta joined the department in the year 1978 and served the department in various capacities during his service tenure of 42 years.
Speaking on the occasion, Lotika Khajuria, Drugs Controller J&K lauded the contributions of the retiree and highlighted his achievements. She wished him a happy, healthy and prosperous post-retired life after rendering such a long and unblemished tenure of his service. Other senior officers of the Department also spoke on the occasion and wished the retiring officer a successful and retired life.
Saroj Mahajan, Accounts Officer, District Fund Office, Jammu, who retired today after rendering more than 36 years of service, was accorded a warm send off by her colleagues. All the staff of the District Fund Office headed by CAO Ela Chowdhary, wished her happy and prosperous retirement life.
