Retirees accorded warm send off

JAMMU, Sept 30: Directorate of Economics & Statistics J&K, Regional Directorate of Evaluation & Statistics Jammu and Statistical Training School Jammu jointly organized a farewell function to bid adieu to Anil Kumar Gandotra, Director General, Economics & Statistics J&K, who proceeded on superannuation today. Joint Director (Central), Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Joint Director (Survey) Directorate of Economics & Statistics and other staff wished the retiring officer a happy and prosperous retired life.
A farewell function was organized today in Traffic Police Lines Jammu to bid adieu to Sub Inspector Paramjeet Singh who retired today after attaining the age of superannuation. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Traffic City Jammu Dr Koshal Sharma presented a note of recognition to the retiring officer for his 39 years of unblemished service in J&K Police. Pardeep Singh Gouria Additional SP Traffic City Jammu and Deputy SP Traffic City North Shivali Kotwal also recalled the services of the retiring officer and wished him a happy and prosperous retired life.
Staff of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Camp Jagti (Nagrota) today bade farewell to Sateesh Kumar Pandita, Principal of the School, on his superannuation today. They organized a farewell function in school premises during which they recalled the services of the retiring Principal. Meenakshi Koul, Incharge Principal of the School, and all other staff members wished the retiring officer a happy and healthy post retirement life.
A warm farewell was accorded today to Vinod Khajuria, Deputy Director (Feed & Fodder) of Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu who retired today from the Government service on attaining the age of superannuation. Director, Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu, Krishan Lal and other officers/officials of the Department bade farewell to the retiring officer and wished him good health and prosperity post retirement life.
Non Teaching Employees Association (NTEAJ) SKUAST- Jammu accorded warm send off to Sham Lal (FCLA FVSC) and Tilak Raj (OCC, Plant Pathology), who retired after attaining the age of superannuation today. The farewell was accorded in the presence of Dr S K Gupta, Director Extension, Dr Rajesh Katoch (DDSW), Dr M S Badwal (Dean FVSC), Dr Amrish Vaid (HoD Plant Pathology), Dr Asma Khan (Head LPM), K D Singh (president NTEAJ) and other executive members of NTEAJ.
A warm and affectionate farewell was accorded to Kulwant Singh, Chauffeur in the office of Agriculture Chemist, Jammu on his retirement after rendering more than 35 years of service to the Department at Krishi Bhawan, Talab Tillo, Jammu. Director Agriculture Jammu, K K Sharma wished the retiree a very healthy and prosperous post retirement life. Meanwhile in another function organized at the office of Chief Agriculture Officers, Kathua, Sanjay Raina (Subject Matter Specialist III) was accorded warm send off on his retirement today.
