Retirees accorded warm send off

JAMMU, May 31: To give warm send off to Anil Kumar Katoch (SSP) Principal STC Talwara on his superannuation from the Police Service today, a function was organized by the police personnel of STC Talwara. Jameel Ahmed (SSP) Vice Principal, speaking on the occasion, said that the outgoing Principal worked with dedication and always took the step for betterment of training Institute as well as welfare of the Jawans. He wished the retiring SSP a happy and prosperous post retirement life.
District Administration Ramban bid adieu to Chief Medical Officer Ramban Dr Mohammad Freed Bhat on attaining the age of superannuation, at Circuit House, Maitra in Ramban district. While wishing him a prosperous post retirement life, Deputy Commissioner, Mussarat Islam acknowledged his great contribution in smooth and proactive functioning of Health department. All the senior officers extended their well wishes to the retiring officer on the occasion.
In a farewell function organized by the staff of Government Higher Secondary School, Singlikote (Reasi), a warm farewell was accorded to Principal Randhir Singh, who retired today after rendering 40 years of meritorious service in various capacities with School Education Department. All the staff members wished the retiring principal good health and prosperous retired life.
Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Jammu (SKUAST-J) accorded a warm farewell to Sneh Lata, FCLA, Division of Soil Science and Syed Shah, OCC, Division of Agronomy, who retired after attaining the age of superannuation today. The farewell function was organized under the leadership of Prof J P Sharma, Vice Chancellor, SKUAST Jammu, who wished the retirees a healthy and happy post retired life. Non Teaching Employees Association (NTEAJ) SKUAST- J led by its president K D Singh also wished good health to the retiring employees.
Jammu Police hosted an impressive farewell function in District Police Line Jammu to bid adieu to the officers who superannuated from their active services. The retiring police officials include Vinod Kamal Jutshi, Accounts officer, SI Suresh Kumar, SI Akbar Hussain, SI Om Parkash, ASI Ganesh Dass, ASI Jai Singh and ASI Majeed Ali. The send-off function was chaired by SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli who wished the retiring officials good health and long life for the next phase of their life. Other officers present on the occasion included Ramnish Gupta, SP Headquarters Jammu, Kulbir Chand Honda, SP City North, Mamta Sharma, SP City South and K D Bhagat, Deputy SP DAR, Jammu.
A warm farewell was accorded to Trilok Singh, Field Assistant in the office of Assistant Director Law Enforcement who proceeded on superannuation after rendering 38 year services. Director of Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare Jammu, K K Sharma wished the retiring officer a very happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life. Warm wishes were also extended to the other retiring officers of the Department including Nidhan Singh, District Officer, Z Z Manhas, SMS (DL), Jatinder Kumar Choudhary, SDAO Ram Nagar, Rajinder Singh, JAEO Akhnoor, Kuldeep Raj, JAEO Samba, Balwant Raj, Helper, Rajouri.
Staff and officers of Directorate of School Education Jammu accorded warm send off to Tilak Raj Basotra, Junior Assistant on his superannuation after rendering a glorious service of 40 years in School Education Department. Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director School Education Jammu applauded the work efficiency of Tilak Raj Basotra and wished him a happy and healthy post-retirement life.
A warm send off was accorded to Rashpal Singh, an employee of Handloom Department and president of Low Paid Government Employees Federation (LPEF) Thathri/Gundoo/Chiralla, on his superannuation from the Government service. Senior leaders of LPEF viz. Ghulam Hassan Pampori and Shakeel Ahmad, district president of LPEF Niaz Ahmad Rahi and president of JK Pensioners’ Association Nazir Ahmad Sheikh participated in the farewell function and wished the retiree a happy and prosperous retired life.
A warm farewell was accorded to Subash Chander, Driver of Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu who retired from the Government service on attaining the age of superannuation today after rendering services of more than 38 years. Director Sheep Husbandry Jammu Krishan Lal and other staff members wished him a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
