Retirees accorded warm send off

JAMMU, Dec 31: Dr Sanjeev Kumar Verma (Controller of Stores, Health Services Jammu), who superannuated today after rendering 36 years of glorious service in the Department, was accorded a warm send off by the staff of Controller of Stores, Directorate of Health Services Jammu, in a function organized today. The staff wished the retiring officer good health and prosperous post retirement life.
A function was organized in the office of Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Office (YSSO) Jammu to give warm farewell to Tilak Raj Sharma, Zonal Physical Education Officer Jammu, who retired today on attaining the age of superannuation. Joint Director YSSO Jammu Suram Chand Sharma and other officers/officials of YSSO Jammu wished the retiring officer a happy and prosperous retired life.
To accord warm farewell to District Mass Education & Information Officer (DMEIO) Ghulam Hussain Rather posted at Deputy CMO Office Doda on his retirement, a grand function was organized by the Health Department Doda at Deputy CMO Office. CMO Doda Dr M Y Mir, Deputy CMO Doda Dr Om Kumar Bhagat besides other staff wished the retiree a happy retired life.
Jammu & Kashmir Accounts Employees Association (JKAEA) bade farewell to its outgoing president Niyaz Ahmad Qadri on his superannuation at Jammu. All the members of J&K Subordinate Accounts Service from Civil Secretariat, DGAT, Treasury Civil Secretariat, Jammu including office bearers of JKAEA attended the function. In the meantime, G N Tantray was nominated as new president of the Association.
Jammu Police hosted an impressive farewell function in District Police Line Jammu to bid adieu to the officers who superannuated from their active services. The retiring police officials are SI Ramesh Kumar, SI Shamsher Singh, ASI Rajesh Chander and ASI Vijay Kumar. The send-off function was chaired by SP Headquarters Ramnish Gupta, who on the behalf of SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli wished them good health and long life for the next phase of their life.
A warm farewell was given to Chanchal Kumari, Inspector (M) who superannuated from SDRF 2nd Battalion Jammu after rendering 31 years of unblemished service. On the occasion, Commandant of the Battalion Randheer Singh (SSP) presented retirement gift voucher to the retiree on behalf of J&K Police Welfare Funds. All the officers/staff of the Battalion wished the retiring officer best of luck for post retired life.
Non Teaching Employees Association (NTEAJ) of SKUAST- Jammu accorded warm send off to Janak Raj (FCLA Division of VSR, FVSc & AH, RS Pura) and Om Parkash (OCC, Division of Agronomy), who retired after attaining the age of superannuation today. All members of the Association wished good health and prosperous retired life to the retirees.
