JAMMU, Mar 31: Dr Rakesh Magotra, Director Health Services Jammu, who superannuated today after rendering 33 years of remarkable service in the department, was accorded a warm send off by the staff of the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu. To bid him farewell, a function was organized in the premises of the Directorate, where Deputy Director Health Services (Dentistry) Jammu Dr Sanjay Sharma, Chief Medical Officer Jammu Dr Harbaksh Singh and other staff members wished him good health and prosperous post retirement life.
Head, Department of Pathology, Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, Dr Subhash Bhardwaj was accorded a warm send off on his retirement by the staff of the college. Dr Bhardwaj attained superannuation after a distinguished career spanning over three decades marked by his unwavering commitment to providing exceptional patient care, new age diagnostics, and mentoring generations of medical professionals. Principal GMC Jammu Dr Ashutosh Gupta lauded the services of Dr Bhardwaj, stating that his legacy will continue to inspire and guide us. Dr Gupta and other faculty members wished a prosperous and healthy retirement life to Dr Bhardwaj.
Department of Pediatrics, SMGS Hospital, GMC Jammu accorded a warm farewell to the Head of the Department, Prof Dr G S Saini on his superannuation. During his 38 years of service, Dr Saini has made invaluable contributions to Pediatric healthcare and medical education. In a farewell function, faculty and staff of the Department of Pediatrics wished Dr Saini a very happy and fulfilling post retirement life.
