JAMMU, Sept 30: Several functions were held to bid farewell to all such employees who retired on attaining age of superannuation from their respective offices today.
Principal Government Mixed Higher Secondary School, Durga Nagar, Mohan Lal Raina was accorded a warm and affectionate farewell by the staff members on his attaining age of superannuation after rendering 30 years of meritorious services from Education Department. The speakers applauded the qualities of head and heart of the retiring officer and wished him a happy and healthy post-retirement life.
Ashok Jain, Deputy Accountant General, AG Office Jammu was accorded a warm send off on retirement on attaining superannuation. He joined as a clerk and retired after rendering 40 years of Government services.
A farewell function was organized in the Directorate of School Education in honour of S K Gandotra, Joint Director and Pardeep Singh (Plus 2 Principal) on their superannuation today. Director School Education, Sourabh Bhagat, presided over while all other officers were also present on the occasion. The retiring officers were wished a happy and prosperous lives after retirement.
Lecturer in Political Science T R Azad, who attained superannuation from Government Higher Secondary School Gole Gujral Jammu was given a warm send off at a function held in the school premises today. All the speakers including Principal Dwarka Nath Bhagat spoke high of the retiring officer and wished him good luck in all spheres of life.
Jammu University Non-Teaching Employees Union accorded warm send off to Roshan Lal, Head Assistant, who retired on superannuation today. Union president Sunil Sahi hailed the contribution of retiree and wished him a happy and healthy post retirement life.
A warm and affectionate send off was accorded to Satwant Singh Bloria, Information Assistant, District Information Doda who retired today on superannuation at a grand farewell function held under the chairpersonship of Mamta Bhagat, DIO Doda, in the presence of various other officers of the department.
After rendering over 36 years services in Agriculture Department and Education Department, Vijay Kumar Tikoo, Lecturer, Agriculture today retired after attaining age of superannuation today. A farewell function was organized at GHS Ghou Manhasan Jammu, wherein the services of retiree was applauded.
Reports reaching from Srinagar mentioned that emotional send off was accorded to Section Officers Manohar Lal and Ghulam Nabi Bhat (Safapuri) by the Information Department. Director Information Zaffer Ahmed Bhat appreciated the dedication, zeal and professionalism, which they displayed while discharging their duties.
