Retiring officers accorded warm, affectionate send off

JAMMU/SRINAGAR, Aug 31: President of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank, Mohammad Amin Mir was accorded a warm send off on his attaining age of superannuation today.
Speaking on the occasion Chairman and CEO J&K Bank Mushtaq Ahmad hailed the contribution of Mr Mir towards the bank at various operational levels. Others present on the occasion included Bank’s executive president Parvez Ahmad, senior presidents, vice presidents and other officers of the bank.
Meanwhile five officers of J&K Bank posted at Udhampur retired from services of the bank. S Iqbal Singh, Cluster Head Udhampur, Brij Narayan Raina and Satish Chander retired from Cluster Office whereas Prem Swaroop Sharma retired from Business Unit Shakti Nagar and Narad Singh retired from BU Udhampur main. Each officer shared his memories and experience with the staff present on the occasion. The Bank staff bid adieu to them in an impressive farewell function.
A warm send off was accorded to R N Meena, Senior DTM Railway Jammu today by GRP Jammu on his retirement from services as the said officer attained superannuation. SP Railway Jammu Suram Singh and other gazetted and non-gazetted Officers of GRP Jammu were present on the occasion. SP Suram Singh lauded the cooperative and coordinated role played by retiring officer during his service period at Railways Jammu and wished for his good health and best future.
