JAMMU, Oct 28: A deputation of All J&K ReT Teachers’ Forum, led by State President Vinod Sharma and provincial president Rajesh Jamwal, today called on Director School Education Jammu, Babila Rakwal in her Office Chamber and apprised her of the genuine grievances of ReT cadre.
The delegation, while interacting with the Director, demanded regularization of ReTs with less enrolment , settlement of minor queries regarding mismatch of DIP number in approval etc, initiation of regularization process of unregularized KGBV Teachers and Distance Mode Degree Holders of UGC recognized universities, release of 3 to 4 months salary of Regularized ReTs under SSA, transfer of Regularized ReTs, exemption of CID verification after regularization as ReTs have already been serving in the Department for last more than 5 years, entertaining of degrees acquired by ReTs during 5 years ReT period, inclusion of Regularized ReTs for appointing CRPs/ZRPs and adjustments of Masters promoted in February 2014.
Director gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured to speedup the regularization process and to resolve all the issues of ReTs, including SSA salary.
The deputation comprised of Lekh Raj Parihar, Sham Sharma, Subash Chander, Neha Sharma, Vishal Sharma, Ravi Kumar, Rajesh Kotwal, Sudesh Sharma, Vipin Paul and others.
