JAMMU, Apr 15: A delegation of J&K ReT Teachers Forum, led by its State vice president Bhupinder Singh and State general secretary, Nazam Jafri, called on MoS Education Priya Sethi at her official residence and apprised her about the demands of ReTs.
They particularly demanded regularization of ReTs holding Distance Mode degree from UGC recognized universities and female ReT working in KGBV schools.
The also demanded release of the pending salaries of ReTs and RReTs working under SSA, transfer policy in favour of regularized ReTs, release of Mid Day Meal dues and benefit of SRO 43 in favour of ReTs.
The Minister gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured them to resolve their all issues at the earliest and particularly regularization of ReTs holding Distance Mode degrees.
The delegation comprised of Gulezbair Daing, Rakesh Singh, Hari Lal, Rajesh Singh and Joginder.
