Sir,
The fact that not a single Indian University is among the world’s top 200 institutions shows that our professional education system has not coped with the present requirements. The reason for this should be analysed and the system redesigned. Officials of the Union HRD Ministry, UGC and the State Governments need to sit together to draw a plan that will overhaul the system and put our educational institutions on the global map.
