JAMMU, Aug 31: All J&K ReZ Welfare Forum has strongly condemned the statement made by Agriculture Minister on the floor of the House regarding the demand of the ReZs of Jammu region for publication of regularization list.
In a meeting of the Association, Dr Vikram said that the issue of discrimination was strongly put before the House. He said as J&K High Court is one therefore the regularization list of ReZs of Jammu Province should have been published on the same day with the same facts as published in Kashmir.
Pertinent to mention here that Agricultural Minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir, has stated in the House that the case of ReZs is pursued in Jammu wing of High court and Government will implement the directions as and when passed.
The meeting urged the minister for one time regularization of all ReZs as this is the only way to address all issues in one go.
The Forum also condemned the decision taken recently by APD of giving some benefits to non-agriculture subjects, which it said will create only confusions in future when seniorities will be maintained.
