SRINAGAR, Mar 25: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed Riyaz Ahmed Bhat as district vice president for Kupwara.
A party spokesman said that appointment of Mr Riyaz, has been approved by the party president, Mehbooba Mufti. It is hoped that with his induction, the party will be further strengthened in district Kupwara.
