JAMMU, Sept 26: Sandeep Singh Rissam has been elected as the general secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress in the recently held elections of the organization.
Earlier, Rissam was the Spokesperson of Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC) and he also remained National Coordinator at Indian Youth Congress.
