JAMMU, Jan 1: Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Ritu Choudhary here today inaugurated the work of shed at St. Peter Church in Prem Nagar area of Ward 7.
Father Kuriakose was also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Ritu said, the shed was an old requirement of the locals of Ward 7 as well as devotees visiting church and Rs. 25 lakh have been approved for the shed which will be constructed at St. Peter Church, Prem Nagar for the welfare of general public.
She also said that developmental works in the Ward were delayed due to Coronavirus pandemic and lockdowns but now everything is back on track and the pending developmental works will soon be completed for the welfare of general public.
Pastor Shoukat, Fr. Jafat, Peter, Lazar Kandayaray, Thomas Khokhar, Nasir Masih, Michael Wazir, Rohit Rockes, Stephen Bhatti, David Mattoo, Vinod Gill, Victor Sotra, David Mattoo and other prominent locals of the area were also present on the occasion.
