JAMMU, Mar 24: Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw is visiting Jammu and Kashmir on a two-day tour on March 25 and 26.
Official sources said Vaishnaw will reach Srinagar tomorrow morning and inspect Railways related works. He will meet senior Railways officials there.
From Srinagar, the Railways Minister will land here tomorrow evening. After night halt, he will leave for Reasi on March 26 and inspect the site of highest Railway bridge and ongoing works on Reasi-Banihal section of Udhampur-Baramulla rail project.
The Government has set December 2023 deadline for linking Kashmir with Kanyakumari by rail.
