JAMMU, May 18: Expressing strong resentment over the non supply of ration to the consumers, Chairperson, Rajput Mahila Wing (RMW), Jammu and Kashmir, Suman Wazir, has criticized the CAPD Department for its failure to ensure adequate ration supplies to the consumers.
Talking to media persons here today, Wazir said that the negligence on the part of CAPD is so high that the only responsibility with the department is to supply ration to the consumers with the tie up with the FCI but CAPD has not been able to provide ration.
She appealed to CAPD Minister to streamline the ration distributing system and distribute the ration immediately so that people of one region may not feel deprived over the supply of the same.
Wazir also flayed State Government particularly PDD and PHE Minister for not providing adequate power and water supply in the Jammu city. She regretted that people have sleepless nights in the absence of power during 45 degree temperature and dry throats in the absence of drinking water.
She also urged the concerned departments to provide hassle free power and water supply in the Jammu region keeping in mind the scorching hot temperature in the region.
