Road rage

Sir,
Jammuites had not forgotten the incident at Sarwal of brandishing a pistol by a car driver and aiming it right on the head of the driver of the front car which he asked to pass the side for him. It is learnt that since the concerned driver could not do so as immediately as the Pistol driver wanted because he had no space to do it.
At a little distance from there a few days back an innocent man had to lose his life as the bike he was riding slightly collided with another, an altercation followed and an innocent man lost his life. Has the disease of road rage infected Jammu also ? Have parents forgotten to teach and train their wards to behave coolly and calmly in the best traditions of our civiliation and traditions especially on roads and at public places ? Shall arms and instruments of  killing decide traffic related matters and instantly on roads? The victim either gets killed or hurt and the offender in every case cools his heels in jail, then who gains ?
Yours etc…
