JAMMU, Oct 5: Bus Stand Police arrested owner of roadside eatery for violating COVID-19 pandemic SOPs.
As per police sources, during patrolling a team from Police Station Bus Stand led by SHO Inspector Deepankar Singh under the supervision of SDPO City Sharad Kalu and SP City Mohita Sharma arrested owner of a roadside eatery.
The arrested person was identified as Mohammad Abdullah Naikoo, son of Ghulam Ahmed Naikoo of District Kulgam Kashmir, at present Showket Muslim Hotel, Bus Stand Jammu. The roadside eatery was also sealed.
A case under FIR Number 65/2021 under Sections 188 IPC and 51 DM Act has been registered against the arrested person at Police Station Bus Stand and investigation started.
