JAMMU, Sept 17: The members of Rotary Club Jammu Tawi donated home appliances needed in daily use to the flood affected people in Jammu today.
The team led by its president Vinay Kapoor along with other members toured the areas of Bhagwati Nagar, Gangyal, Mathwar and Phallain Mandal to donate the things needed for the daily use.
Vinay Kapoor said that to donate things among the needy persons is the motive of their organisation.
He said club mebers have visited affected areas, so that they do not feel that they are alone at this time, when their houses properties and their belongings have been washed away by the recent flash floods.
Among others present during the tour included Rotarians Ashok Gupta, Dr Dushyant Choudhary, Harish Gulati, Pardeep Jain, Sunil Jain, Aseem Tandon, Subash Gandotra and Vikas Gupta.
