Rotary Club presents leather bags to workers involved in Pulse Polio drive

SAMBA, June 22: Rotary Club Samba Central today organized a programme here at Panchayat Ghar Kehli Mandi during which leather bags were presented to health workers involved in Pulse Polio drive.
Chief Medical Officer, Samba, was the chief guest while Deputy CMO and Dr Sanjay from Health Department were also present.
President, Rotary Club Samba (Central), Ramesh Kapoor, presented leather bags to about 50 health workers for providing better services for Pulse Polio immunization. In his address, Kapoor explained the role of Rotary International in eradication of Polio from the world. He also highlighted the role of Club in organizing such functions.
Members of Rotary Club Samba (Central) like Advocate SS Sambyal, Mohan Singh, Ramesh Singh, Raman Gupta, Lalit Gupta, Anil Choudhary, Rajinder Gupta, Rajeev Arora, Dev Choudhary, Som Dutt, Kuldeep Amba, Virender Singh and Dr Bias Dev were also present.
The function concluded with vote of thanks by Advocate Subhash Singh.
