UDHAMPUR, July 28: Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur organized free eye check-up camp at Latti tehsil headquarters of remote Dudu Sub Division today.
The camp was organized with the initiative of Dwarka Nath Sharma, Chairman of Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur in the memory of Late Ghulam Servar Malik, Retired Senior Pharmacist. Malik’s sons Asgar Malik and Aazim Malik besides other family members and a large number of people / patients were present on the occasion.
The camp was inaugurated by a prominent senior citizen of the area, Krishan Lal Gupta. During the camp the team of doctors examined over 500 patients from different areas like -Khaned, Dudu, Panchound, Jakhed, Marothi, Latti etc. During the camp 45 patients were identified for eye operation at Rotary Hospital, Udhampur. A Physician also rendered his services during the camp and some tests were performed on the spot.
Former Sarpanchs and locals of the area extended gratitude to the management of Rotary Eye Hospital, Udhampur for this noble cause.
