Rotary organizes free surgery for poor children

UDHAMPUR, June 19: Udhampur Rotary Eye & General Welfare Foundation and Rotary Club Udhampur provided humanitarian service to two poor children.
Mohd Kamran, 12, son of Roshan Din, resident of Reasi and Anu Devi, 3, daughter of Sudesh Kumar, resident of Latti, Udhampur were suffering from various heart diseases.
These two patients were attended by Rotarians of Udhampur today and their free of cost heart surgeries were carried out under ‘Gift of Life’ project of Rotary International.
Udhampur Rotary Eye & General Welfare Foundation and Rotary Club Udhampur extended heartfelt thanks to H.M.P Singh, chairman ‘Gift of Life’ Trust (Delhi) for giving special priority to the poor patients of J&K.
