SRINAGAR, Feb 25: Rashtriya Rifles (RR) has come to the rescue of seven years old Mir Adnan belonging to Behrampura-Sopore born with a hole in his heart. RR arranged for the treatment of the boy through Rotary India Humanity Foundation who offered to get the child treated at DMC, Ludhiana.
All preliminary investigations were conducted at 92 Base Hospital Srinagar before the boy proceeded to Ludhiana for treatment. The surgery was successfully conducted by the specialists of DMC Ludhiana and since then the boy has returned to his native village.
