POONCH, Mar 23: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Tariq Ahmed Zargar conducted a meeting of concerned officers to decide about providing the financial assistance under central assistance scheme to LoC shelling victims.
After threadbare discussion, it was decided that Rs. 5 lakh would be provided to NoKs of Zainab Bi W/o Mohammad Nazir of Mendhar,(Balnoi) who lost her life in shelling and Rs. 5 lakh will be provided to Mohammad Iqbal of Aslamabaad (Bandichechian), who was severely injured in cross LoC shelling.
Additional SP Anwar-ul-Haq, DSWO, Naeem -ul -Nissa, C.A.O (GP Fund) Ghulam Hussain, CMO Dr. Mumtaz Bhatti attended the meeting.
