REASI, Nov 6 : Dressed-up in Sangh uniform popularly known as Ganavesh, RSS Swayamsevaks here, today marched through the town during the Path Sanchalan (a procession march).
The march was taken out from the Sports Stadium Reasi by RSS Swayamsevaks and after covering the whole town through the main market ended at starting point.
The march was welcomed at various places by the residents of Reasi including Muslims by showering flowers. RSS cadre, wearing White shirt, Brown trouser and Black caps, regulated by concerned Path Sanchalak (route in-charge) amidst chanting patriotic and motivational songs, participated in the procession.
Main speaker Rupesh Kumar (Prant Pracharak) said that RSS has always been at the forefront for the national cause and the aim of establishing Bharat as Vishwa Guru is now not a distant dream.
He said Sangh has performed a vital role in strengthening unity and integrity of the nation, promoting brotherhood and also fighting casteism. He further added that there is a feeling of hope in the country.
He highlighted the objectives of the Sangh and said that Sangh activists are wedded to selfless service of nation. He said the dream of RSS founder Dr Hedgevar and Guru Ji will only be realized after India becomes Vishwa Guru again. He said the Sangh is role model for the people as it lays foundation of disciplined life which in turn can make nation strong.
“The Swayamsevaks have more responsibility on their shoulders as country is facing more challenges today than it was facing during pre-independence or post independence days”, he added. He emphasized upon building the national character among common masses. Later on, a path Sanchalan was also organised at Katra which passed through all Bazars of the town.
