JAMMU, June 17: The RSS volunteers took out a route march here, today under the supervision of Prant Sangchalak of Sangh Brig (retd) Suchet Singh.
Over 100 volunteers of Sangh drawn from different parts of Jammu participated in the route march which started from Ved Mandir Ambphalla this evening. It passed via Rehari and Sarwal before culminating at Ved Mandir later.
The volunteers attired in white shirt, Khaki Nikker and black cap carrying sticks in their hands marched in a disciplined manner to display the highest traditions of Sangh which were dear to its founding fathers like Dr Hedgewar and Guru Golvalkar.
The high teaching of Sangh discipline, brotherhood, unity and selfless service were the hall mark of Path Sanchalan.
The Path Sanchalan was the part of 20 days RSS OTC which is underway here and various leaders of Sangh from National level participated in it. The camp started on June 7 and it will culminate on June 27. During the concluding function on June 27 veteran RSS national leader, Madhubhai Kulkarni will be the chief guest and address the volunteers.
