This has reference to the article RTI Act- A toothless Tiger’ published in this paper few days back.
If social organisations remain sleeping, RTI Act, which is on ventilator will die soon.
How will I, a director, in J&K ERA get information? I will have to die without being regularized even as SE. My RTI application is pending in PHE Deptt. Since one year. The Ist appellate authority is doing it job. But still no information is given. When will the second appeal give me information and fine to defaulters? What will be the fate of a common man?
Mr Raja is working hard, burning mid night oil to save this act
