JAMMU, Feb 28: The RTO Jammu office today conducted an enforcement drive and checked 200 vehicles.
Of them, 14 vehicles were challaned and 42 others were compounded on spot.
While Rs two lakh worth fine was realised on spot on account of various traffic offences, an amount of Rs 2.48 lakh is expected from the challans.
The enforcement drive was led by Isha Chib, ARTO, Pawan Sharma, ARTO, Ranjeev Kundal and Ranjeev Bhasin, both Inspectors.
The drive will continue.
