JAMMU, Aug 18: In a meeting All J&K Scheduled Castes Welfare Association (SCWA) here today elected its office bearers with Rup Lal Bharti as its President.
As per a handout of the Association, Om Raj Bhall has been elected as Vice President, S.N Dogra as General Secretary and Jagdish Raj Bhagat as Secretary.
Other office bearers thus elected included Milhi Ram Majotra as Cashier, Vishal Bharti as Legal Advisor, Bal Krishan as Organiser while Gopal Dass, Kirpal Chand and Girdhari Lal-all were elected as members.
Dr Shiv Lal Sarmal was elected as District President, Rajesh Bajgal as Publicity Secretary, Dev Raj as District President Reasi, Moti Ram Kundal as District President Udhampur, Harnam Singh as District President Kathua and Joginder Pal as District President Samba.
