JAMMU, Feb 22: State Accountability Commission today dismissed complaint against Chairperson of State Social Welfare Board Khem Lata Wakhloo.
After hearing Advocate C M Koul with Advocate Mehraj-ud-Din for the respondent, State Accountability Commission comprising Justice Y P Nargotra (Chairperson) and Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain (Member), said “by virtue of order dated October 25, 2012 whereby Government has fixed remuneration of Khem Lata Wakhloo, the inquiry has been rendered infructuous and we are now closing the enquiry and dismissing the complaint filed by Wali Mohd Rather”.
