JAMMU, Mar 11: The Letters Patent Appeal (LPA) filed by State Accountability Commission against the judgment of Writ Court was listed before the Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice D S Thakur.
After hearing the counsel for the SAC, the DB directed the Registry to list the LPA before suitable bench and adjourned the matter.
