JAMMU, Sept 13: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Sachin Jamwal, Additional Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC), as the UT Level Nodal Officer for ensuring the smooth conduct of all the examinations to be conducted by the National Testing Agency in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
