JAMMU, Nov 28: Prof A N Sadhu former HoD Economics Jammu University and Member Apex Committee on Kashmiri migrants today urged the Government to take appropriate steps for the rehabilitation of over-aged displaced Pandit youth.
Addressing a meeting of Jagti Coordination Committee (JCC) today Prof Sadhu expressed concern over the apathy of the State and Central Governments towards the displaced people in general and community youth in particular.
He said the PM’s employment package was nothing but a lollypop and even after the eight years of announcement made by Prime Minister regarding 6000 jobs for community youth even 1500 people could not get employment till date.
